Purposes
The purpose of the processing is to manage requests relating to the events.adrinord.fr website, a ticketing and registration platform for professional events organised by ADRINORD for its members. It allows ADRINORD and its organising members to:
   • Receiving registrations for professional events;
   • Payment management;
   • Receiving requests to subscribe to the newsletter;
  • Management of the follow-up to requests and questions received.

This data processing is part of the management of the commercial activities of the association under the law of 1901
ADRINORD.

     • Various certificates ;
     • Follow-up provided;

The data is transmitted by the user of the events.adrinord.fr website who wishes to send a reservation, a request or a question.

The contact forms on the events.adrinord.fr website require the collection of data in order to process the request.

Processing by automated decision making will be carried out for persons registering for an event or the newsletter. For other types of contact, the processing does not does not involve automated decision making.

     • The ADRINORD teams ;
     • where applicable, ADRINORD's member organisers who have to deal with a request or answer a question in the context of their event.
The data is also transmitted to subcontractors in the context of the performance of services related to the use of the Site.

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Data related to the various forms on the events.adrinord.fr website are kept for 2 years from the time the request is processed.
